Important: DARK//STRESS is an authorized infrastructure testing platform. By using this service, you agree to test only infrastructure you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DARK//STRESS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2 Authorized Use Only
The Service is designed exclusively for testing infrastructure that you:
- Own and operate yourself
- Have explicit written authorization to test
- Are legally permitted to assess under applicable laws
Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to testing third-party infrastructure without permission, is a violation of these Terms and may violate local, national, and international laws.
3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or harm any system you do not own or have permission to test
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
- Attempt to bypass any security measures or rate limits
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks against unauthorized targets
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
4 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach
- Ensure that all users under your account comply with these Terms
5 Audit & Logging
All tests conducted through the Service are logged and audited. We maintain comprehensive records including:
- Target IP addresses and domains
- Test parameters and methodology
- Timestamps and duration of tests
- Account information of the user initiating the test
These records may be shared with law enforcement or network operators in cases of suspected abuse.
6 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service
- Impose usage limits or rate restrictions
- Perform maintenance with or without notice
7 Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Actions taken by third parties
8 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
